Sodium Hydrogen Phosphate: Uses and Applications
Sodium hydrogen phosphate, also known as disodium phosphate, is a white powder or granular solid commonly used in food processing, water treatment, and as a buffering agent in various chemical and medical applications. It is a source of phosphorus, an essential nutrient for plants and animals, and is often used as a dietary supplement.
