Character: White powder, specific gravity: 2.220. It may lose crystal water when heated to 100℃. Soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in water (1.8%). It commonly contains free phosphoric acid and hygroscopicity (30℃). Its water solution is acidic. 

Product Detail

Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent and so on. Fermentation agent, buffering agent and curing agent (gelation) for bread and biscuit, modifier for yeast food and meat. To improve saccharification and fermentation in brewing.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
