Character: Heptahydrate is colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal. Anhydrous is white crystalline powder or powder. It’s odorless, tastes bitter and salty. It is freely soluble in water (119.8%, 20℃) and glycerin,slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is neutral.

Product Detail

Usage: In food industry, it is used as nutritional fortifier (Magnesium fortifier), solidification, flavor agent,process aid and brew additive. It is used as nutritional source to improve ferment and the taste of synthesizes saka(0.002%). It also could modify water hardness.
Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/ paper bag with PE liner.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
